Maheshwari Group, founded by our visionary Mr.K.J.Maheshwari, B.E. (Elec), DBM, having 30 years of rich experience in Business and Industry, established its first unit namely Maheshwari Hot Dip Galvanizers in the year 1996 with HDG capacity of 7500 TPA. To meet growing needs of customers,the capacity was increased to 24000 TPA in the year 2005.

Our founder envisioned the need for backward integration and soon the group diversified into Fabrication of TLT and other structures with capacity of 18000 TPA. Thus, Maheshwari Structures was established in the year 2007.

We, Maheshwari Structures take pleasure to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of Transmission Line Towers, Telecom Towers, Railway Electrification Structures, Windmill Structures, Substation Structures, PV Panel Mountings for Solar Power Projects, etc.

Our Fabrication Facility of capacity 18000TPA is spread over 11000 Sq.mt and has Built-up Area of 15000 Sq.Ft. Our unit is located outside octroi limit and is 20 Kms from Nasik on Nasik – Mumbai Highway towards Mumbai. We already have a Galvanizing Plant of capacity 24000 TPA. just adjacent to our Fabrication Facility.

The Essence of any manufacturing facility is its infrastructure. Our Fabrication Plant is equipped with imported facilities like Universal Iron Workers, Hydraulic Power Press, Radial Drilling Machines, Circular Band Saws, Plate Shearing Machine, Heating Furnace, Welding Transformers, Pug Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Mobile Crane, E.O.T Cranes, Generator for Power Backup, etc.

We have all the required facilities for Material Handling, Raw Material Storage, and Finished Goods Storage.

We have with us support of technically superior and experienced team in the field of Fabrication who maintain necessary safety standards and fabrication norms as per customer requirement.
